When it comes to wood in the South it gets moist as has a high chance of breaking down and rotting out. With the proper maintenance and care this can be prevented but eventually you will either have to replace entirely or restore your deck to get more life out of it. We don't replace or build decks from the ground up but we can take your existing deck and restore it to last for many more years.

Are the exterior of your gutters stained with black algae, streaks or stains? If yes, high pressure is not the way to clean them. In fact, using high pressure will almost always cause some sort of water damage or other damage caused by high pressured water getting in the home, hitting surfaces, hitting shingles, etc.
We use a chemical rinse, brush, rinse process that is a lot of work but the only way to get rid of those nasty stains caused by oxidation or mother nature doing its worse over time.
Everybody needs downspout filters. We recommend downspout filters because they work. They are a great way to keep your water flowing in-between gutter cleaning. Whenever people ask us "do you recommend gutter guards" or "Do you install gutter guards" we tell them no because they are really expensive and don't really work.
However, downspout filters can take your 3 - 4x a year gutter cleaning service to 1x or 2x a year while allowing water to flow the entire time. This eliminates water damage caused by clogged downspouts or erosion issues.
Gutters last a long time but overtime they do need some TLC. The most common repairs needed are re-securing them back to the home after the nails or brackets have slipped or come off. If you wait too long to repair the gutters, you may not be able to repair them but might need them completely replaced.
